Post-secondary education at Lakehead University. Early admission to
university based on grade point average
Legal Experience
Twenty-three years law firm experience
including, eleven years as a law clerk in Corporate, Commercial & Real
Estate Law and twelve years as a law clerk in Institutional Insurance Defence
Law.
Previously managed the work flow in a Corporate Commercial department and
drafted Corporate Re-organizational Documents, Leases, and Incorporating
Documents and instructed on commercial real estate and security
transactions.
Presently managing the work flow of the litigation portfolio of ERYOU Barristers
including the drafting of Pleadings, preparation of Affidavits of
Documents, including the initial assessment of privilege, scheduling of
Discoveries and Pre-trials, and the work-up and co-ordination of fact
witnesses and experts for Trials on Municipal, Professional, Hospital,
Construction and General Liability files. Reviewing and interpreting medical
charts and records as they pertain to quantification of damages and
liability.
