David and Colleen retired at the end of May 2007 to enjoy their beautiful country home and acreage, but their vision continues to be fostered in the current firm they founded.

David is also continuing with his long time avocation as a sessional instructor on the Faculty of Lakehead University, Thunder Bay where he lectures on Managing the Risks of Professional Liability to Graduating Students in the School of Engineering.
